i. Question: Where is your location?
Answer: We are situated at Mpaka Plaza, along Mpaka Road, 1st Floor, Westlands, Nairobi.
ii. Question: Can I receive Invisalign or braces at your clinic?
Answer: Yes, you can. Braces cost approximately Ksh 180,000 in total, with a Ksh 90,000 deposit. The remaining balance can be paid in installments at your convenience over six months.
iii. Question: What is the consultant fee?
Answer: Dental consultation is a one-time fee of Ksh 2000.
iv. Question: Do you accept walk-ins?
Answer: Yes, we do.
v. Question: Do you accept insurance covers like NHIF?
Answer: Astradental accepts NHIF for civil servants and various insurance covers in Kenya. Please specify your coverage.
vi. Question: Do you offer teeth cleaning and whitening treatments?
Answer: Yes, we provide teeth cleaning services.
