How to use the Curaprox CS 1006 Toothbrush:

1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the brush head.
2. Hold the toothbrush at a 45 degree angle, with the single tuft of bristles on one tooth.
3. Use gentle, circular strokes to brush your tooth for 10-15 seconds.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each tooth.
