How to use the Curaprox CS 5460 Ortho Toothbrush:

1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the brush head.
2. Hold the toothbrush at a 45 degree angle, with half of the bristles on your teeth and half on your gums.
3. Use gentle, circular strokes to brush your teeth for two minutes.
4. Be sure to brush all surfaces of your teeth, including the front, back, and top, as well as around your braces and wires.
5. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing.
